Privacy

Montana TRT is an educational website, not a medical provider. This page explains what we collect when you use the site or the evaluation form.

What we collect

If you submit Get evaluated, we store your first name, last name, email, phone, city, care preference, optional notes, consent, and the time of the request. We also see standard server logs (IP address, user agent) used for security and rate limiting.

Why

So a licensed clinic or partner can contact you about an evaluation, and so we can operate and improve this guide. We do not use the form to diagnose you or to sell testosterone.

Where it is stored

Leads are written to Vercel Postgres when POSTGRES_URL or DATABASE_URL is set. Otherwise they are stored in a server-side JSON file (local development, or ephemeral storage on some hosts). If LEADS_WEBHOOK_URL is set, a copy is posted to that URL. See the project README for operations detail.

Sharing

We share a lead with the licensed clinic or partner who will contact you. We do not sell a public mailing list. Hosting, database, and analytics vendors may process data as needed to run the site.

Cookies

We do not run an advertising cookie banner. The site may use essential cookies required by the host or framework.

Contact

For privacy requests after the site is live, email the operator through the domain contact you configure on Vercel, or use the clinic that contacted you. This page will be updated with a dedicated inbox when one is published.
